We’ve grown ourselves into better husbands, wives, daughters, parents, friends, lovers, and citizens, but in the process we may have neglected the precious bodies that carry us through our day.  We’ve been living life as if addressing just the mind will bring us the success and happiness we desire.

In my experience, optimal wellbeing can best be achieved when we bring our body into balance with our mind and our spirit. When we only focus on one or two areas of wellbeing, we feel out of balance, experience low energy, feel depressed or are unable to access the strength we need to actualize on our potentials. We can have this experience when we are in our 30s, 40s, 50s or 60s. Sometimes it occurs as a gradual lessening of energy; our thinking becomes fuzzy or we start to lose interest and curiosity in life. In other cases we are hit with a major health scare or crisis that jolts us and completely alters our reality.

As you may know, I have spent over 26 years working in the film industry.  It’s a fun, but physically taxing lifestyle because you are often away on location for months at a time, working 16-hour days and eating the unhealthiest food imaginable. In 2001, after living many years with this crazy schedule, my chickens finally came home to roost. I began experiencing extreme back pain and my energy level took a nosedive. At one point I lost nearly all of my mobility and had to be pushed around the set in a makeshift wheelchair.  I had been completely unaware of the degree of stress my body was enduring, and now it was up to me to reclaim my health and wellbeing.


My road to recovery included two significant spinal fusion surgeries.  I assembled an incredible team of holistic health practitioners who augmented and complimented my talented doctors and surgeons.  I consumed volumes of texts on nutrition and exercise and I learned how to balance my hormones. While recovering from my surgeries, I also began meditating on my intention to reclaim my vitality.  I made a commitment to put my health first so that I could participate fully in life.


As my energy gradually began to restore, I gained clarity about my life and felt a palpable shift in my sense of purpose. My ability to take on the total transformation of my health well into my 40s, inspired my colleagues, and I began to help them make healthier choices too.  As we looked into behavioral patterns that were not serving the quality of their lives, a new dream began percolating inside of me.  I did not know it yet, but my calling as a transformative coach had already taken root.

I offer two coaching programs to support your return to optimal wellbeing: the 6 Week Jump-Start program and the 12 Week Optimal Wellness program. These programs were developed using my transformative Six-Step approach to Total Body, Mind and Sprit Balancing. I designed them to address both the internal and external obstacles you need to evolve in order to fast track your health.

Phase I We begin by tapping into your deepest desires and inner knowing about the life you would like to be living. We then work to uncover unhealthy behavioral patters that have prevented you from producing your optimal wellbeing. You take on new, empowering behaviors that create the foundation for your future success.

We all experience life at slightly different rhythms. In preparation for Phases II and III, we will work with your natural rhythm to tailor a program that fits your lifestyle.


Phase II I work with you to create a custom nutritional plan suited to your body type. We develop an exercise program that inspires your commitment and consistency (the keys to deriving maximum value and undisputable results!)

Phase III We work together to develop spiritual practices (that reflect your own belief systems and values), which integrate the work we have been taking on. We deepen your ability to maintain consistency and we lock in the gains you have achieved throughout the program.
